Available now for free download on the App Store and Google Play, Farmers Mutual’s mobile app offers an easy-to-use, on-the-go experience for policyholders. Whether you’re on the farm, running errands across town, or relaxing at home, the new app is a convenient way to download proof of insurance, report or track a claim, upload photos and documents, connect with your agent, view policy information, make a payment, and access roadside assistance information.
Farmers Mutual’s Chairman, President, and CEO, Mark T. Walz shared, “With more than 65% of our daily website users accessing their policyholder information from a mobile phone or tablet, the development of a mobile app was the next logical step in the expansion of our service offerings.”
While mobile apps have been a staple in other industries for some time, the insurance sector is seeing an increasing desire by policyholders for rapid access to their account information at the click of a button when they’re on the go.
